Hello, my name is Rob, I live in a quiet, newly decorated throughout, very homely house near Eccleshill. I am an exceptionally clean and tidy person who is very house proud and is a must for you to be the same. I am a down to earth and a very easy going guy with a great personality and a good sense of humour and will help out in every possible way to make your stay here the most enjoyable. The bedrooms have new new beds, mattresses and bedding and have a tv with freeview. They are furnished with wardrobes and bedside cabinets which are also new. The only thing you will need is your own food and provisions as everything else is included as well as council tax, gardening, some cleaning and wireless broadband. There are all the usual amenities in the house like washing machine, dish washer, tumble dryer, WIFI etc and also parking for your car. There are shops and takeaways nearby and the house is on a bus route with easy access to Bradford city centre. A signed tenancy agreement will be required and also a bond of £450 which is fully refundable once the tenancy expires, plus 1 months rent of £500 in advance is also required should you want to move in. The rent is then paid monthly on an agreed date each month after that. If you would like to pay weekly to help reduce the initial moving in costs then that can also be arranged no problem.
