Bright quiet room in bramley

As my current housemate is moving to Manchester in august, Im looking to find another young professional to share my 2 bedroom Terrace starting mid August.
There’s a lovely front and back garden, and we are right next to the Bramley memorial park which has the loveliest sunsets on clear days.
Ideally the next housemate has a similar lifestyle to myself; I do shift work and am out long hours, and on my days off am usually out climbing or hiking. When I’m at home I’m always up for a chat and a glass of wine. Id love to find someone else who also believes in the philosophy of a “clean space, clean mind” and will appreciate a tidy home .
