The house has been refurbished with a modern decor having a large kitchen diner and cosy living room with flat screen smart TV. All bedrooms are fully furnished with double beds, wardrobes and built in desks.

The house is in an ideal location being just 1 minute walk from Burley Park train station.

The current housemates are a really friendly, clean and sociable. They make all new flatmates feel very welcome!

The property is a premium let for professionals, not students. It is not a party house hold.
