Lovely double room in Burley!

Cosy double room available in Burley.

The house is full of character and charm, plenty of unique features and natural light! We have a small, enclosed patio out front that is private.

I have currently lived here since July, my housemate is leaving to go travelling so I'm looking for a fun, chilled and considerate professional to take over her tenancy.

I'm quite a social person and like to get out of the house for pub quizzes or chilled evenings at wine bars. I work 9-5 at the University so my weekdays are pretty routine and I enjoy both evenings in or heading over to the Cardi Arms.

The house is a short walk from Asda, Aldi, pubs, the gym, cafes, restaurants.
