Friendly, cheap, tidy home in Burley

Leaving to go travelling and looking for someone to take my bright and cosy top floor double room of a spacious 4 bed house.
The house is in a brilliant location, on multiple bus routes going directly into town, right near ASDA, Aldi, Cardigan Fields Leisure Park, JD gym & Greggs.
There are 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom, living room and large dry basement for storage.
There is a small garden out the front to catch the afternoon sun on the steps, with a gardener provided by the letting agent. House has on-road parking directly outside.
Housemates are Asim, Erin & Jess. Asim has just graduated from his masters, Erin works in social research and Jess works away so it’s basically a 3-bed house.
Bills come to £75-£100 each per month.
Possible flexibility on moving dates if required.
House is managed through a letting agent, they require references, deposit and a form to be completed regarding income etc.
