The house has been refurbished to high standard. We believe that our houses should be at a standard that we’d love live in ourselves with great furnishings and style.

We manage our own properties and are very responsive landlords. References available on request.

Bills included are: Council Tax, TV, broadband, water, electric and heating. We also have a fortnightly cleaner to keep the property clean and tidy.

The housemates are friendly and sociable, and we like our tenants to be like-minded, friendly and tidy.

The rooms are for working professionals, we don’t allow students, couples, unemployed (or anyone who likes a frequent house party!)
