Double Room in Heart of Chapel Allerton

Looking for a housemate to move into a large 3 floored, 3 bed terraced house in the heart of Chapel Allerton. Move in date is early April 2026 (first rent and bills payment would be due 8th April, however this can be flexible so please get in touch for a chat if this is an issue). Bills are not included but come to approx £140 each per month currently (often works out a bit cheaper in summer months). There is also a deposit to be paid to Linley and Simpson which can be discussed

The house is split over three floors, with three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, living room and spare room (ideal for socialising, but also set up as a joint working from home space which comfortably fits 3 desks). The house is in very good, clean condition and we are looking for sociable housemates with similar interests. The current household enjoy being independent and having their own space, but also spending time together, including with Netflix, pub quizzes, and going out to enjoy all Chapel A has to offer.

The bedrooms are unfurnished, however there is a large walk in wardrobe and the rest of the house is currently furnished as we've lived here for a few years.
Free on street car parking is available, and the house is very close to two supermarkets, a gym, restaurants/bars, shops and other amenities on Harrogate Road. We work hybrid from home/offices and there are regular buses within a 5 minute walk into Leeds
