Hi! We're looking for someone friendly to take our attic room in a sociable house share in Chapel Allerton.

The room: A cosy attic double with a Velux skylight. It's lovely in the evenings. It comes with a large wardrobe, a proper desk and a chest of drawers, and there's extra storage in the basement. Couples are welcome too.

The house: We're a mix of young professionals aged 23 - 25 currently two couples and one single. Students or working people are both welcome. Shared spaces are a kitchen-diner, a living room, and a garden with a table and bbq. Broadband is 900Mbps.

We're social but not chaotic. We like pub trips, games nights, and going out for dinner for birthdays and celebrations, and we do a big house dinner at Christmas. It's quiet in the week and overnight guests are rare. Ideally you're somewhere in the middle: up for a chat and the odd night out, but also happy to do your own thing.

Location: It's a 5-minute walk to Chapel Allerton high street, with its bars, cafés and restaurants. Lidl and the bus stop into town are both 2 minutes away.
