Double room in renovated house great location

I am looking for someone clean and friendly who loves cats. I have two cats who need lots love attention when I go away. Ideally the new lodger would let the cats sleep with them sometimes or everyday. I have a husband wife in one room and another lodger in another room. Everyone gets on very well. Someone friendly and likes to be clean and tidy. I have PlayStation sky sports, tnt sports amazon prime etc.

Looking from Jan feb time but it could also maybe be sooner.
