Double room in renovated house great location

Hi Everyone

I’m on the lookout for a new lodger to join our friendly household for 3-6 months. I will be away for over 2 months also one of the other lodgers will be 6 weeks.

You’ll be sharing the space with a delightful husband-and-wife duo in one room and another friendly lodger in another. The couple are often at work so you will have the house sometimes to yourself a lot. Sometimes there will be many people around. We all love dancing, music, sports, and fitness, and we enjoy having a laugh and socializing together while also respecting each other’s privacy. The bedrooms and bathroom feature new laminate flooring, and there’s a lock on the bathroom and toilet door, so you can feel assured of your privacy.

While I travel, you’ll have the opportunity to take my room, complete with a TV, a work desk, and an impressive amount of storage, all with a lovely view of the garden and plenty of natural light. Plus, you’ll have the added bonus of housemates who are a tennis coach and a personal trainer, should you be interested in learning or improving your skills!

Our home is located in a great, safe area of Chapel Allerton, close to shops, bars, restaurants, gyms, and coffee shops. You’ll also be near Chapel Allerton Park, which features tennis and basketball courts, as well as Gledhow Valley Woods for nature trails. The bus links to the city center are fantastic, with services running every 5-10 minutes, including the posh 36 Harrogate bus. And for a fun ride, you can even use electric bikes available outside the old starbucks building.

In the lounge, there’s a large, comfy sofa in the eating area of the kitchen, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The garden is another lovely spot, complete with seats and a sun lounger for enjoying those sunny days. The street itself is very friendly, with a WhatsApp group for the residents. We often have get-togethers, including a big fire display just last week!

Cleanliness and tidiness are important to us, so we’re seeking a friendly individual who values a neat living environment. You’ll also have access to a PlayStation, Sky Sports, TNT Sports, Amazon Prime, and more for your entertainment needs!

We’re looking to welcome you between December and March, with the possibility of extending to 6-12 months for the right fit.

There maybe a slight discount applies to someone who really loves cats helps feed pet and play and clean them very well. Everyone is expected to help with feeding and keeping there food and drinks clean when I am away often I work from overseas.
