Room in Funky House for Professionals!!

A room has just become available in this beautifully decorated house in Crossgates. For those of you that are keen on a bit of colour and are design conscious then this certainly is the place for you.
No magnolia walls here and we've decided to avoid the grey carpet too! The room available has its own off-suite and views of the garden. It also boasts loads of built-in wardrobe space.

You'd be sharing with 3 other professionals, 2 guys and a girl, who are truly a great bunch! There's ample parking space for all the tenants and a bike/laundry shed if you decide to cycle anywhere and need a lockup.

Indoors we've included a workstation in the communal area should you need to change scenery and when the sun is out there's a large South facing garden to soak up the rays. We have a cleaner come in twice a month to clean the communal areas.

All your bills and high speed wi-fi are included and we've also thrown in Netflix for nights in.
Crossgates station is a 5 minute walk from the house and then less than 10mins into the city centre by train. A bus will take 15-20mins.
Crossgates itself has loads to offer with restaurants, bars and a shopping centre all within 5 minutes walk.
We're also nicely located to get to the motorways and Thorpe Park Retail Park.
