You'd be sharing with 3 other professionals, 2 girls and a guy, who are truly a great bunch! There's ample parking space for all the tenants and a bike/laundry shed if you decide to cycle anywhere and need a lockup.

Indoors we've included a workstation in the communal area should you need to change scenery and when the sun is out there's a large South facing garden to soak up the rays.

Crossgates station is a 5 minute walk from the house and then less than 10mins into the city centre by train. A bus will take 15-20mins.
Crossgates itself has loads to offer with restaurants, bars and a shopping centre all within 5 minutes walk.
We're also nicely located to get to the motorways and Thorpe Park Retail Park.
