The flat is located in a quiet and peaceful residential compound, with great transport links into the city centre. It’s approximately a 19-minute walk to the bus station, with two nearby bus stops providing easy access to different parts of the city.
There are also several amenities within easy reach, including Aldi, African grocery store, The Gym Group and other local shops.
Rent: £550 per month
Rent + bills: Approximately £725 per month
Bills include: Electricity, broadband, council tax and water.
I’m looking for someone friendly, tidy and respectful who would enjoy living in a comfortable, peaceful and welcoming home.
