The individual room is cosy, light and bright and modernly decorated. Your room is provided with a wardrobe with drawers, bedside shelving, desk and chair as well as ample under-bed storage. There is a comfy beds and mattress so you will definitely have a fabulous nights sleep!

The house is literally a stone throw away from Crossgates train station and shopping centre with cafes, and eateries. You can get into Leeds City Centre in 6 minutes. There are multiple trains and buses to get you to anywhere you like, or you can drive straight onto the A64 / M1 in minutes. The house is on a lovely street with helpful neighbours.

The house is made up of 2 ladies and 2 guys. They are all super friendly and are working professionals in their mid-20s doing a range of different jobs. We are sure they will welcome you to the house and make you feel part of the group in no time.

I am Mary landlord-agent to this beautiful house, we take pride in our houses and the service that we offer to our lovely tenants. We have completed the RLA Leeds landlord house share course so rest assured that you are in good hands.

To rent this rooms we only ask there is a small deposit of £250 and a rental guarantee (no exceptions I’m afraid)
