Room to rent in spacious new build property

Spacious 4 bedroom 3 story new build property with 2 rooms available to rent. Me and my 16 year daughter live here and for this reason i only require female lodgers. We also have a small elderly dog who is fully house trained and no bother at all.. he is elderly and sleeps all day and rarely barks! We are very close to the Springs shopping park and 15 minute walk to Crossgates train station. There will soon be another train station built at the Springs that should open early 2026 which would only be a 5/10 minute walk. Council Tax band is D. The house is on a new build estate but is close to lots of fields and greenery and all the neighbours are lovely and its very peaceful. I work from home and the house is very peaceful and quiet. We are looking for peaceful lodgers! I will be adding photos soon.
