We are looking for a clean and tidy non- smoking professional. The room is in a large homely property consisting of a utility room, kitchen, lounge, dining room, two separate bathrooms with large shower/bath and WC.
The property also benefits from Gas Central Heating, instant hot water, UPVC double glazing, hard wired smoke alarms, security system, large block paved patio area and an extremely large and well stocked secluded lawned garden great for the summer! There is also a greenhouse for anyone that enjoys growing things!
There is plenty of off street parking and ample storage for cycles etc.
The room is large and comfortable and within the property there is automatic washing machine, condenser dryer, two frost-free fridge-freezers, dishwasher, 42” and 32” LCD Flatscreen TV’s, DVD and all the essential utensils.
