Hi! We’re Ажар and Guy — a friendly, easy-going couple who live here full-time. We’ve just had a beautiful room become available and we’d love to welcome the right person (especially a woman looking for a safe, calm, and welcoming place to call home).
Our spacious house sits in the charming village of Denby Dale, surrounded by gorgeous countryside views. Think rolling hills you can see from your window, a lovely shared garden for morning coffees or evening wind-downs, and a real “home” feel rather than just a room to rent.

Whether you’re a professional woman wanting a calm base after work, a student, or someone who just values a friendly and secure environment, this could be a lovely fit. We’re sociable but respectful of your space — you’ll never feel pressured to socialise, but the kettle is always on if you fancy a chat.

We are also quite eco-conscious: we have solar panels with battery storage, filter all our water, and double-filter our drinking water.
No pets at the moment, sorry. Flexible options available if you only need the room part-time.
