Lovely king-size room available in our peaceful family home
Hi! We’re Ажар and Guy — a friendly, easy-going couple who live here full-time. We’ve just had a beautiful room become available and we’d love to welcome the right person (especially a woman looking for a safe, calm, and welcoming place to call home). I’m from Kazakhstan and worked in multiple places around the world , guy has worked as a chef but now owns businesses- we love the gym multiple times a week - hiking- eclectic music- relaxing with beer or wine - some of our favourite tv is silo , stranger things, and game of thrones- obviously a Harry Potter fan aswell
Our spacious house sits in the charming village of Denby Dale, surrounded by gorgeous countryside views. Think rolling hills you can see from your window, a lovely shared garden for morning coffees or evening wind-downs, and a real “home” feel rather than just a room to rent.

We’re sociable but respectful of your space — you’ll never feel pressured to socialise, but the kettle is always on if you fancy a chat.

We are also quite eco-conscious: we have solar panels with battery storage, filter all our water, and double-filter our drinking water.
