Hi there – welcome to our home!

We’re a friendly couple, and a lovely room has become available in our spacious house! It’s a warm, well-maintained family home in the charming village of Denby Dale, with beautiful countryside views and a lovely garden that everyone can enjoy.

This is a great opportunity – you’ll have shared use of the whole house with just the two of us (your hosts). We live here full-time and are always around if you need anything. We’ve both recently been DBS checked for complete peace of mind.

The available room is bright and comfortable, with a king-size bed and breathtaking countryside views – perfect for relaxing after a long day. It’s fully set up and ready for you, whether you’re staying single or as a couple.
It’s an ideal haven for a sociable professional, student or anyone who enjoys a friendly atmosphere. The house is quite large, so we wouldn’t expect you to stay cooped up in your room all day – we love sharing the space and hope you will too!

You’ll share a modern, well-equipped kitchen, cosy living areas and the lovely garden with just us. Everything is clean, tidy and homely – a real sanctuary away from the hustle.
Location highlights:

• Excellent transport links
• Perfectly situated between Sheffield and Huddersfield

Rent is £130 per week for single occupancy or £155 per week for double occupancy . We can offer a reduction if you’re only using the room for several days a week. Currently no pets, please.

We have super fast broadband throughout the property, sky full package through the house, with a tv and fire stick in your own bedroom for when you want a bit of down time.

We also have an ev charger that we can discuss use of (at an extra charge)
