Housemate Wanted East Ardsley

£650 pcm | Bills included | Furnished | Sky TV 📺

Looking for a housemate, not just someone to fill a spare room! 😊

I’ve got a furnished double room available in my home in East Ardsley, and I’m looking for someone easy-going, respectful, clean and generally just good company.

It’s a comfortable, relaxed home where you can come in after work, chill out, stick the telly on, have a cuppa and feel at home.

🛏️ Your space

A good-sized furnished double bedroom with storage and a full-length mirror.

🏠 The house

✨ Spacious living room
🍳 Large kitchen with breakfast bar
📺 Sky TV
📶 Wi-Fi
🧺 Washing machine
🚿 Bathroom
🌿 Garden
🔥 All bills included

💷 £650 pcm

No complicated extras — £650 a month including the bills.

I’m looking for someone friendly, clean, considerate and independent, who wants a relaxed home rather than a typical house share.

I’m not looking for someone who disappears into their bedroom and never speaks 😂 — equally, it’s not a party house. A bit of banter, a cuppa and the occasional Netflix night sounds much more like it!

🗓️ Flexible stay

I’m open to shorter-term or longer-term, depending on what works for both of us. Ideally somewhere around 3–6 months, but I’m happy to have a conversation about what you’re looking for — no need to commit to something that doesn’t suit either of us.
