Spacious loft room

Old Victorian house that still has it's magic, with very friendly hosts and lovely people that share the house with us when they live with us! The house is close to numerous supermarkets, big park, public transport just in front of the house, and 2.5 miles to the city centre, with full wifi coverage and fibre internet.
Comfy bed, big rooms, dedicated place for work (desk) spacious kitchen, 2 fridges, washing machine, dryer, the cosines of the whole place, and the high ceilings.
Hosting only professionals since we all work and we need our spaces, we need to keep the order in the mutual spaces and our rest at night.
We like clean and tidy house, everyone cleans after themselves after using of the kitchen, no walking with dirty shoes in the house, no bringing people for staying over . Preferably no eating in the rooms (since we have great big super equipped dinning room), no parties with alcohol and no loud noises after 10 pm. You can have visitors and family staying over only if we agree beforehand.
