A generous double bed, desk, TV, bookshelf, wardrobe, bedside tables, lamps, plants, etc included. The longterm flatmate is a full time artist at the Mill since leaving work in accounts. A lovely girl. There is free parking outside the house and all transport is a walking distance. Farsley Town Centre. Please write to me if this interests you. It has new floors, nice carpets, very good beds, good furniture, new windows, very comfortable, and totally renovated in 2022 We constantly try to keep our tenants happy by cutting hedges every few months, adding anything they feel needed, etc. We consider ourselves to be execelent landlords but we also stay out of their way unless needed.
