• Your Space: King-size bed (under-bed storage), 6-drawer chest, full-length mirror, and bedside tables. My room has a huge built in wardrobe if you need extra storage!
• Living: Separate lounge with a 55” Smart TV and Juliet balcony.
• Kitchen: Ninja air fryer, dishwasher, washing machine—feel free to use everything.
• Your flatmates: Just me and two cats (they won't enter your room).
Also happy to supply towels, bedding, hangers etc!
Location (Farsley):
• Village: 5-minute walk to local bars, cafes, and restaurants.
• Commute: Bus stop right outside (30 mins to City Centre) or a 15-minute drive.
• Fitness: 30-second walk to Ultraflex gym and 2 more gyms within 60 seconds.
• Parking: Free private parking for you and guests.
Rent:
£550 per month (All bills included: Council Tax, Gas, Electric, Water, & Wi-Fi).
