Double room available with off road parking and use of garden. Modern house maintained to a very high srandard in a great area serviced by 2 train stations and plenty of bus services.

I'm a live in landlord, there is one other lodger who is female and we are both working proffesionals. A further female (aged over 30) who is also a working professional is preferred. My home is fairly quiet and would suit someone who prefers a more peaceful and organised environment.

I can provide fast speed broadband and use of a washing machine.

Sorry, I love dogs but I cannot accept pets.

Short term lets considered (minimum 1 week) charged at £175 per week or part thereof. I'm also happy to offer a longer term Mon - Fri let.
