double room, near beautiful St Aidans

Hi there, I have a bright, airy double room available in my two bed house and am looking to let to a female professional. The house is located in a quiet cul de sac with the beautiful St Aidan's nature reserve right on the doorstep.

The room (next to bathroom on floor plan) has plenty of storage. There is a main shared bathroom upstairs and a downstairs toilet, a shared living room and good sized kitchen, as well as a garden with a lawn and decking area.

Great Preston is a quiet, safe and friendly village, 20 mins drive from Leeds City Centre. Garforth and Woodlesford Stations are within a 10 min drive and have great train connections into Leeds from there.

There are plenty of supermarkets nearby and also The Springs and Colton Retail Parks.

I work from home for half the week and have a small office room upstairs. There would be space for another person to wfh if needed. WiFi connection is very good.

I'm a friendly and considerate person, I like to be social but also have my own space. I'm pretty clean and tidy so this would also be important in a potential flatmate.

I have an elderly cat who is quite sociable when he gets to know you so being a cat person is essential!

There is free parking available.
