Double room to let with private En Suite

En-suite room to rent Monday - Friday preferably. Available from Mid May and Ideally looking for someone who needs the room during the week with their work commitments. I would look to offer 7 days but will be a difference in cost.

I would like the guest to be a professional person to rent my cosy and fab room, and offering short and long term let.

The chapel apartments in Luddenden foot which is ten minutes drive to historic Hebden Bridge village and 10 mins to Halifax town centre.. 35 mins to Leeds and 45 mins to manchester. Local railway and bus service. Private location and free allocated parking. En-suite room with bath. Free WiFi . Happy and relaxing home.

Ideally I would like someone who is very quiet and keep themselves to themselves and has a professional manner. Must appreciate each other’s privacy as the home is open plan downstairs and not segregated.

I am offering the room as serviced if desired and will provide fresh linen, towels and room clean on a daily basis. The room has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and two bedside cabinets with a two seater sofa. No TV in the room. But if you have your own TV you would need Xbox or smart tv.

I have a dog and cat so MUST love animals as it is their home.

I am easy to get along with and people enjoy their stay when they move her. I normally get people who work in the area and only here short term.

My Terms:

The rent is paid weekly or monthly whatever is agreed and paid 1st of the month of 1st day of the week if weekly basis let.

Must have a job where you are out in the day. Cannot accept people working from home. Only reason I am at home most of the day doing home studying.

NO BOND NEEDED. .
