Welcome to our modern HMO licensed accommodation at Heath View Street in Halifax HX12JU. As the picture shows it it is closer to the Halifax town centre, the railway station and the Calderdale Hospital.

Almost like a mix of tradition and modern, it is a traditional house but its every room is equipped with ultrafast wifi (1000PBH), tea and coffee making facility, digital TV, bedside lamp, flowers, digital HIVE controlled thermostat etc.

The accommodation is a council approved HMO, that has building, contents and home emergency insurance. Yes your contents are safe. Above all we have a flash light and a digital camera on the main door of the house. You can communicate with the delivery man too! To communicate with house mates and us we have a What’s App group too!

The offered flat is not just a two room flat. Unlike in other places it is a flat that has two toilets, two kitchen and two entrances.
Yes, apart from the independent kitchen gadgets like fridge, freezer, microwave, hub, it has a nice sofa set, tables, double wardrobe and plenty of space to put your stuff. You can easily entertain your guests to their satisfaction. It was its own washer and a drier too.

The concept of two kitchens for a flat, as we are offering is unheard of. In addition, it has not only one but two entrances! The back entrance is not only in name and leading from dungeon, it will bring you from another unheard of concept –a holiday like experience!

YES, unlike others, we don't just offer accommodation for tenants. Along with luxury, we also offer a holiday like feel in our place!
Yes, we have a very good deck with benches and a table at the back of the house. The blue colour of the wall itself reminds one of deep see and holiday. The air is fresh, the sun is unblocked, the adjacent road is quiet and the view of the hill and the roundabout is majestic. A can of bear does the topping on the ice.

We are proud to say we possibly offer the highest speed of wifi offered by any landlord. We offer 1G wif that is enough to play video games smoothly. The modem is just outside the room!!

The house has a regular cleaning lady who cleans the common areas including kitchen and bathroom.

🌟THE RENT🌟
The rent includes all bills. Apart from the booking fee of £50 which will be given back at the end, there is nothing else to pay. We pay all bills including council tax, building and content insurance, home emergency insurance, high gas and electricity bills, water bill, superfast Virgin wifi. Any maintenance is our responsibility too! If you want a fridge in the room then you pay £25. For couple who get a fridge it is £50.

While the adjacent broad road is quiet and the roundabout in front offers a beautiful flow of the traffic, the hill in front that at times is covered with snow offers a very peaceful scene with dazzling houses during sunset!

With no house blocking the sun and the fresh air, and the newly bought comfortable chairs giving the relaxing position the experience is nothing less then sunbathing. It feels good - especially in the summer. With the blue sea like surrounding, it is almost like lying down on a sea beach during the morning sunshine!

And when you combine the garden, the view and the sunbathing, we are not wrong to say it gives a holiday like experience. Unlike during holidays, however, you get this everyday. It makes you forget the Yorkshire Dales!

There is a large kitchen on the ground floor that has all the facilities like a microwave, gas cooker, storage, large fridge freezer.

We all must take precautions against the coronavirus. Our viewing is through the phone as the premises and the rooms have a code system.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

We prefer long term say 6 months tenancy but we will discuss your needs. The booking fee of £50 is non refundable.
