It may be in Halifax, but being very close to the train station professionals working in Leeds do live here too!
Also, you can't miss it because it has distinct blue stripes on the front wall and the windows. To the question 'why blue?' we say, 'Do we all not love sea/ocean'? Even Twitter and Facebook logos say we all love the colour blue.
Yes it is a holiday colour!
🌟THE DOUBLE ROOMS:🌟
Yes, our first floor large room is gone but we will have an ensuite double room with a very good view of the hill and the round about outside. One can also clearly see the B and M super store beyond the round about.
The room is our best room as it is on the ground floor just adjacent to the kitchen. .
The room itself has a digital and sky TV. It also has tea and coffee making facility on a work table. There is a fridge in the room too. It also has a bedside touch lamp to add to the luxury.
🌟WIFI🌟
We are proud to say we possibly offer the highest speed of wifi offered by any landlord. We offer 1G wif that is enough to play video games smoothly. The modem is just outside the room!!
🚾 ENSUITE TOILET 🚾
Yes this room has its own personal ensuite toilet with shower, commode and a sink..

Sadly this is gone.
🌟THE RENT🌟
The rent includes all bills. Apart from the booking fee of £50 which will be given back at the end, there is nothing else to pay. We pay all bills including council tax, building and content insurance, home emergency insurance, high gas and electricity bills, water bill, superfast Virgin wifi. Any maintenance is our responsibility too! If you want a fridge in the room then you pay £25. For couple who get a fridge it is £50.

We don't just offer to let rooms alone, we offer and call it a 'holiday experience' because of 1. The garden 2. The view and 3. The sunbathing facilities.
🧑🌾GARDEN DECK 🧑🌾
Accessed through a porch its southern expect boasts a garden with not only a deck but a matching coloured holiday chairs, table and an umbrella too!
2. ❤️BEAUTIFUL HILL VIEW❤️
While the adjacent broad road is quiet and the roundabout in front offers a beautiful flow of the traffic, the hill in front that at times is covered with snow offers a very peaceful scene with dazzling houses during sunset!
3. ☀️SUNBATHING☀️
With no house blocking the sun and the fresh air, and the newly bought comfortable chairs giving the relaxing position the experience is nothing less then sunbathing. It feels good - especially in the summer. With the blue sea like surrounding, it is almost like lying down on a sea beach during the morning sunshine!
And when you combine the garden, the view and the sunbathing, we are not wrong to say it gives a holiday like experience. Unlike during holidays, however, you get this everyday. It makes you forget the Yorkshire Dales!

This multipurpose accommodation is in an ideal location for all three of our activities – work, entertainment, and travel!.
1. 🌟IDEAL FOR WORK 🌟
Being just 3 minutes WALK from Halifax Bank and town centre it is ideal for Halifax Bank and town centre employees.
Being close to Halifax Hospital (Calderdale Hospital) it is ideal for the hospital doctors and nurses too.
2. 🌟IDEAL FOR LEISURE 🌟
Even if we forget the beautiful hill, with B n M supermarket (shopping) on the left, leisure centre on the right and football club right in front (back) you will even be spoilt for leisure choices!
3. 🌟IDEAL FOR WORK FROM HOME 🌟
Since it has a high speed Virgin wifi with PODs to enhance signals it is ideal for work from home too.
In a few months time we will be having a much larger download speed that will be more than sufficient even for work.
4. 🌟 IDEAL FOR TRAVEL 🌟
With it being just off A629 which takes you straight to M62 in 10 minutes without any change of road you can even be sure of an 'Out of Africa (Halifax)' experience!
As if the accommodation was made for travel, even the petrol station is 'next door'!

The house has a regular cleaning lady who cleans the common areas including kitchen and bathroom.
🥗THE KITCHEN:🥗
There is a large kitchen on the ground floor that has all the facilities like a microwave, gas cooker, storage, large fridge freezer.
👍THE UTILITY FACILITIES 👍
It has its own washing and drying machine along with ironing facilities.
SAFETY FOR ALL:

We all must take precautions against the coronavirus. Our viewing is through the phone as the premises and the rooms have a code system.
🔥FIRE:🔥
There are smoke alarms in each room. It the alarms sounds best thig to do is move out and call 999.
🚫NO SMOKING🚫
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
We prefer long term say 6 months tenancy but we will discuss your needs. The booking fee of £50 is non refundable.
