The Double bedroom with private en-suite is furnished with a double bed with linen and bedding included, side table, wardrobe, draws and chair. The room has a Freeview TV and USB sockets. We also have Room 5 which is a comfortable small Single room on the second floor. There is a wash basin in the room. There is a separate shower room and separate toilet that are shared with 1 room only. The room has USB sockets and a Freeview TV, a single bed, side table, wardrobe, draws and chair. All bills including free laundry, with linen and bedding included. Virtual tour video available, just ask. (Female preferred).

You share the house with Doctors and Nurses who work at the hospital opposite. Dining room for you to eat, work and relax. Free use of the laundry room with washer & dryers. Free Wi-Fi, all bills included. Fully heated with triple glazing windows.

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwaves, toaster, pots, pans, cutlery, utensils, vacuum cleaner, mop, iron & ironing board.

We are directly opposite Calderdale Royal Hospital (CRH), in Halifax with easy access to Huddersfield, Elland and other local towns and motorway network. Very close to bus stops and a free shuttle bus between CRH and Huddersfield Royal Infirmary.
