Top floor one bed flat - with balcony and parking

I have to leave my flat for unforeseen circumstances and would be happy to move either April or May.
My tenancy contact is till August so this is the minimum contract that is offered. The flat will need a new tenant after this can be contracted for longer (1year+)

It had a lot of parking, a balcony with a private and pretty view. Large kitchen/ living room area, Large bedroom and shower. It’s a very large flat for one person.

All bills (water/electric/gas) are included in the price. I am a student so I do not pay counsel tax. I pay for my wifi on top - roughly £15 a month.

Its a quiet area, very close to headingley town. Bus stop is outside the building, and the train station is an 8 minute walk.
