WE HAVE 2 spacious double bedrooms in an eight bedroom, four bathroom house in Grove Lane, Central Headingley. There are two kitchens, and parking spaces at the rear of the house. All bills included, including broadband and TV licence.
Rent is £148 per week, and a £200 deposit. The room is available from the 1st of September 2025, and the lease will run until the 31st of August 2026.
We are looking for postgrad or mature students (no professionals unfortunately!) to join a group of PhD students currently at the University of Leeds. The rooms are rented individually to tenants.
Four of the housemates have previously lived in the house, it is in a great location and is well looked after.
