One Double Room in Headingley Available

I’ve recently bought a house in Headingley and I’m looking for another housemate to join myself and the current housemate

The house has just undergone extensive renovations, including a refurbished living room and hallways, new white goods, a new boiler, and a fully updated front bedroom. It’s in great condition and feels modern throughout. All bills are included in the rent.

There are two rooms available: a spacious front master bedroom and a bright attic room. You and the other tenant will have full use of the living room, which will have a TV installed before move-in.

I work from home and occasionally travel for work, so the house is generally calm during the week. I’m open to professionals from all backgrounds.

A bit about me: I’m sociable and enjoy going out for a drink, watching football, playing games and spending time with friends, but I also value downtime and personal space. With just three of us in the house, it should be a good balance between social and relaxed living.

I’ll occasionally have my dog staying with me, so you’ll need to be comfortable around dogs.

On-street parking is available, and I plan to create additional off-street parking at the front of the house over the summer.
