I’m going into another job and looking for somebody to take my room. Tenancy only started last week. All housemates are in graduate/professional roles and in their early twenties. House has just been painted and new furniture put into living room. Very clean house and landlord/letting agency are extremely helpful. It’s actually a 7 bed house so there’s 2 other rooms you could pick from on the 1st floor (same as this rooms location)
