1 Bedroom Space in Headingley, Leeds.

I’m going into another job and looking for somebody to take my room. Tenancy only started last week. All housemates are in graduate/professional roles and in their early twenties. House has just been painted and new furniture put into living room. Very clean house and landlord/letting agency are extremely helpful. It’s actually a 7 bed house so there’s 2 other rooms you could pick from on the 1st floor (same as this rooms location). To add, it’s a joint tenancy and runs until September 2027, so if you’d like to leave earlier you’d have to make plans in advance to replace your room with somebody else with agreement with the housemates.
