Spacious Loft Room with Stadium Views

I'm looking for someone to take over this spacious loft room in Headingley from late January 2027. The room comes with a bed, desk, drawers and a cupboard, and gets plenty of natural sunlight throughout the day. One of my favourite things about it is that it has three separate nooks, so there's lots of room to get creative and make the space your own, whether that's setting up a reading corner, doing your hobbies, studying or just having a cosy spot to relax.

Another highlight is the view of AMT Headingley Rugby Stadium from the room! If you're a rugby fan, you can enjoy the match-day atmosphere right from home, and there are concerts and other events happening nearby too.

THE HOUSE

The house has a shared living room, garden and kitchen. The bathroom has a bathtub and toilet, and there are two additional separate toilets, which is really handy when sharing.

The kitchen has two fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, toaster, air fryer, washing machine-dryer, and other kitchen appliances, so pretty much everything you need is there.

LOCATION

The house is in a residential area, but there's always plenty happening nearby. It's a great spot if you like having shops, pubs, restaurants and things to do within walking distance.

The room would suit someone who enjoys having their own space, likes a bit of room for their hobbies and doesn't mind having friends over now and then. There's plenty of flexibility to arrange the three nooks however you like, and the natural light makes the room feel lovely and bright.

Just to be upfront, you can hear aeroplanes overhead, and it can get noisy during rugby matches at Headingley Stadium and cricket matches at the nearby cricket ground. If you enjoy sports and the atmosphere that comes with them, though, that's part of the charm.
