Small Double Rm and Small Single Rm in Old Town HB

Small furnished double room, and small single room available in a 3 bed house sharing with one other female owner occupier.

Small Double has a double bed, a large built in wardrobe and lots of storage and I'll soon be adding a small desk/dressing table.

Small double =£500 pcm
(bills included). Available Full time.

Small Single room has a single bed, wardrobe, and desk/dressing table and is available on a part time basis for up to 4 nights per week. (This may suit someone studying in the area or working locally but goes home on a weekend)

Small Single = £350 pcm
(bills included) Available up to 4 nights pw

Both available from 1st July

The house has a large shared living room, a large bright kitchen/dining room and a lovely garden, with beautiful walks right on the doorstep. We love to look after friends dogs sometimes so dog lovers are a must!

Old Town is a quiet rural village 1 mile, above Hebden Bridge town. The house is not in the centre of Hebden Bridge. Old Town has all the benefits of Hebden Bridge, but high on the hillside with open views and plenty of daylight, roughly a 20 minute walk down into Hebden. But a bit longer walking up!

We have parking space outside the house and there is a community bus every 30 mins (day) hourly (eve) running to and from Hebden and HB Train station. In the past, this house has suited people with their own car, and are happy with a quieter rural community.
