Small Single Rm in Old Town HB

The small Single room has a single bed, wardrobe, and desk/dressing table.

The house has a large shared living room, a large bright kitchen/dining room and a lovely garden, with beautiful walks right on the doorstep. We love to look after friends dogs sometimes so dog lovers are a must!

Old Town is a quiet rural village 1 mile, above Hebden Bridge town. The house is not in the centre of Hebden Bridge. Old Town has all the benefits of Hebden Bridge, but high on the hillside with open views and plenty of daylight, roughly a 20 minute walk down into Hebden. But a bit longer walking up!

We have parking in the street and there is a community bus every 30 mins (day) hourly (eve) running to and from Hebden and HB Train station. In the past, this house has suited people with their own car, and are happy with a quieter rural community.

The occupants are three females (two are a couple). It's a busy household and we do like to enjoy life; travelling, nights out, visiting friends & family. We are looking for the same kind of housemate, perhaps someone also needing a base to suit their own lifestyle. We are looking for a female or LGBTQ+ or ally. You must be working, and ideally not from home.
