I work from home some days so a professional who works away in the day would be ideal.
My adult son is relocating to Manchester so may stay for a while whilst sorting his new accommodations. New lodger can meet him on zoom prior to say hi if they wish :))

The house is situated approximately 15 minutes walk from Hebden Bridge town centre. It is south-facing, so gets the best sunshine. There is a regular bus service into the town centre and to the rail station from the end of our street. The property has wonderful views over the town and features a large deck area with seating and a garden.
There is ample parking on the street in front of the property.
You would have access to the kitchen, your bedroom and a toilet on the first floor. Your study/ living area is downstairs, close to the main bathroom.
Ideal housemates are respectful professionals who work or study and appreciate a beautiful location to come home to.
--- Little note - although a spacious house floors are a little on the thin side so would ask that cooking is not done after 9pm in general. Thank you!
You will have a kettle for tea and coffee in your room for added convenience.
