You would have access to the garden, kitchen, your bedroom, your own lounge/study, a toilet (opposite your room) and the main bathroom.

A kettle for tea and coffee is provided in your room for added convenience.

A couple of house considerations: please avoid cooking or showering after 9.30 pm, and be mindful of noise as the floors are a little thin in places. This is a calm home, so consideration and mutual respect are important.

Two months’ rent is payable upfront before moving in. The second month covers your final month once notice is given, so no separate deposit is required. All bills are included- wifi/ water/ council tax/ services.
