Monday to Friday serviced en-suite room

My en-suite double room is available for a Mon-Fri lodger looking for weekday accommodation in Halifax.

The room
Fully furnished self contained room with separate access. I am offering the room as serviced (weekly room clean, fresh towels and bed change).
TV, wardrobe, fridge etc - just bring what you need for the week (although it would be your room so leave whatever you like and make it your own)
Parking is on the drive.

The house
You would be living with myself and one other lodger (older male). Spacious sunny kitchen in a well kept clean home.
This is not student accommodation or a ‘shared house’ ! Suitable for professionals working in the area during the week. Situated in a quiet semi rural area.

My lodger
Must be out during the day (not WFH, sorry). No weekend stays - although it would be ok occasionally.
Willing to tidy up after themselves, especially after using the kitchen.

Me
Friendly and happy to welcome new people into my home. I have been incredibly lucky to have had some lovely guests over the years (happy to provide refs from ex-guests if it helps).
