I’m looking for a friendly, considerate and clean person to rent my spare bedroom in my home in Horsforth.

The house is in a lovely residential area of Horsforth, within walking distance of New Road Side and Horsforth Town Street, where you’ll find plenty of shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants. There are excellent transport links nearby, with Horsforth train station offering regular services into Leeds city centre in around 10–15 minutes. It’s a great location for anyone wanting a quieter residential area while still having easy access to local amenities and the city.

The room is currently furnished with a single bed which has built-in storage drawers. There is also space for a double bed if preferred.

A little about the household:

I live here myself and have a lovely dog, Bear, so it’s really important that whoever moves in is genuinely a dog lover and comfortable living with pets.

I’m looking for someone friendly, respectful and easygoing who would enjoy sharing a home rather than just having somewhere to sleep.

Ideally suited to a working professional looking for a comfortable, relaxed place to call home.

I’m also more than happy to share things like kitchen utensils, crockery, air fryer, blender and other household bits, so you wouldn’t need to worry about bringing any of those things with you. 😊

Rent: £550 per month – bills included.
