In case you don’t already know, Horsforth is a great place for young professionals, 5 miles from the city Centre (just 2 stops by train from the nearby station), and 10 minutes drive from the equally popular Headingley area.
As you would expect with quality accommodation, the house is decorated, carpeted and furnished to a high standard and comprises: Living room with leather sofas, Smart TV, dining table and chairs. Fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and large fridge freezer. Modern tiled bathroom with full suite and electric shower and five well furnished double bedrooms, including an en-suite (already let). There are low maintenance front and back gardens, a large external access cellar, secure storage for bicycles, off-street parking for up to three cars and plenty of easy on-road parking.
The rent is as shown above payable monthly in advance and a refundable deposit of £350 is required. Utility and house bills including gas, electricity, water rates, broadband and council tax (Band B) are shared.
