Belmont Street is a great location for the train/ bus station and a few minutes walk into the town centre.

The current tenants are a mix of working professionals and international students.
Over the last 4 years in business we have found this to be a great combination.

Within the 2 kitchens we supply everything you will need to cook.

In the large downstairs kitchen the adjoining lounge has a tv you can enjoy while you are cooking your meals.

There are 2 washers and 1 dryer in the house free to use and included within the monthly rate.

All bills are included including super fast Virgin business.

Sharing bathroom with just one other tenant .
