Alll bills are included in the price making it a really convenient and easy as you do not have to deal with the utility companies.

Each room has its own ensuite, the kitchen is modern with kitchen items for you all to use including a washer and dryer which you can use free of charge.

The current housemates are of mixed nationalities including Indian🇮🇳Philippines 🇵🇭and Nigerian.🇳🇬

3 male and 1 female. We have 3 care workers and a Lecturer at the University.

If you have a car 🚘 you can park outside the house with a permit from the council which will cost around £15 per a year.

The home is less than a mile from the nearest Tesco Express, and there is also an Asda supermarket (under a mile away) and a Tesco supermarket (under a mile away) within easy reach.
