1 lovely rooms over-looking the valley in Paddock

Hello potential housemate

Hope you are well and enjoying the start of spring.

We have one available room in my home and I would like to open / welcome the right person.

The lodger rooms (there are three in total, two are taken) have their owns entrance, has a shared cloakroom plus your own privacy in coming and going.

My home also has a nice shared spaces for us all to enjoy including kitchen with your own separate kitchen cupboards, dining room, and bathroom etc.

The shared bathroom is equipped with a bath with shower, shower curtain, toilet, sink, washing machine and dryer etc.

* Large patio / garden at the front of the house over-looking woodland and valley

* Moments away from shops & local bus shops
