A semi detached bunglow which is close to local transport with lovely scenic parks in walking distance including Beaumont Park.

Shared living room with a wood burner that is normally on during the winter and spacious kitchen/diner. The room is currently being refurbished with built in wardrobes for more storage space and photos will follow shortly once completed, but the room size large with plenty of space.

Looking for a quiet, decent, self-respecting and reliable individual who like to keep their environment clean and pleasant.

I prefer a calm, quiet home and happy to socialise in the shared areas talking, watching movies and having a old laugh but I also do like my own space at times and respect others do as well.

I prefer to have a conversation to see if we are a good fit.
