Rent house share in a co-operative

We are a housing co-operative which provides safe, secure and affordable housing for our members - would you like to join our little community?
Currently we have rooms available for rent – freshly decorated with shared kitchen, bathroom, a utility/washroom and garden. The rooms are reasonably sized and the rent is set at £315 per calendar month which includes council tax and water. There is an additional charge of £75 per month for the utilities which include gas, electricity, internet, eco washing powder/liquid, other shared sundries and even bog roll! All tenants are expected to join in with household tasks eg cleaning and maintenance.
