This house is just newly refurbished throughout with 6 big double furnished bedrooms. All the carpets are new and the walls are freshly painted. All the utilities bills, council tax, TV license, window clean and communal clean every two weeks are included. We also provide free 910 Mbps high speed broadband from Vodafone so you can work at home without interruption. A cleaner will come for communal area cleaning every two week.

Cozy living room with designer sofa for tenants and visitors. We have contracted handyman to look after our property so he will aim to come within one or two days after issues reported.

We are creating this place clean and comfortable to live as home. We are looking for female working professionals who prefer quiet and safe environments to live. This is a non smoking house and we do not allow any drugs in our house, neither.
