Tennacy takeover at 23 ebberson terrace

I’ve recently dropped out of university and I am looking for someone to takeover my tennacy at 23 ebberson terrace In Hyde park. The room is a ground floor room so closely located to the toilet in the basement. I have a link to the video/walk through of house so please contact me for that. The rent is 525pcm and then 102 pcm in bills Which includes WiFi, gas , electric and water. There are 5 other lads in the house who are all social and enjoy pub trips, nights out and socialising.
