En-suite Room in Hyde Park - 6 Month Let

I am going travelling for 6 months so I am looking for someone to sublet my room. I currently share the house with two lovely dear friends who are very easy going and friendly. They are two non binary people who love to connect, dance and socialise. We take pride in our space being a safe place for everyone 💕

The house itself is a gorgeous new build that actually holds heat when you put the heating on. Located in Hyde Park close Hyde Park Book Club. There are 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, large garden and lovely living room space. The room is situated on the 2nd floor coming fully furnished with double bed and en-suite bathroom (picture 1-4)✨

£400 a month plus bills (amounting to around £130). Available from the 10th of November until the 10th of May. Please message me with any questions or if you would like a viewing!
