Private Cottage in beautiful surroundings with huge private garden perfect for the summer ! 3 bathrooms huge kitchen fully equipped . internet . Loads of parking . great motorway links with M1 M62 and A1 all 5 mins away .. train station 5 mins drive away with park and ride 5 mins into Leeds …. Im a 46 year old Christian live-in landlord I have a dog so looking for dog lovers and being Christian would also be great ! . No home workers ! Thanks Jamie
Pls note the property is a tenant only room ( no guests ) I know this doesn’t suit everyone but I keep it this way to keep peace and quiet for all the tenants at the property . The house is a really peaceful place where everybody respects the fact we all have to live there together . Many thanks Jamie
