Bright attic room

Hi I have a double room available in a Victorian terrace house in Ash Grove one of the most sought after streets in Hyde park. Close to all local amenities and within easy walking distance of bus stops and train station for transport into the city centre. Actually you could easily walk into the centre in 20 minutes. The house has gardens to the front and rear.
The room is a reasonable size attic room with a double bed Edwardian satin wood wardrobe and a couple of solid wood chests of drawers, all the furniture is reclaimed / recycled not a piece of Ikea type furniture in sight.
I can provide any other items of furniture that may be required and remove anything that isn’t required.
The floors are original Victorian pine floorboards that have been stripped, Sanded and finished with clear hard wearing varnish.
There is a Velux window and a small dormer window which means the room is quite bright catching the sunshine in the afternoon and evening. The roof slopes down at one end to the eaves, this space is very usable for storage but not high enough to stand up in.
Other facilities include a modern kitchen with all the usual good quality white goods a breakfast bar, and a large velux window. There is a small shared lounge with a velux window and a stripped pine floor plus a second room which is set up as a music room., some of the current tenants are musicians .
There’s a white bathroom with a shower bath and a good quality Miras electric shower, instant hot water to the sink, a central heating radiator and underfloor heating..
The other people living there are young professionals, All are easy going reasonably clean and tidy, though not obsessive.. Everybody is busy with their own lives but occasionally hang out and do things together.
The rent includes everything even the Ultra fast fibre optic broadband. there is literally nothing else to pay, no agency fees or admin costs. I own the property so you will deal with me face to face. I am available to respond to any emergencies and carry out maintenance and repairs most of the time.
The house is a Victorian terrace it is old and homely if you’re looking for a pristine IKEA show house this isn’t the place for you.
