Available full time from august: Large double south facing bright room is fully furnished (not the furniture in the pics but similar), yet there is still space + flexibility if you have some of your own £550 pcm Inc bills .

Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances inc dishwasher, plates, glasses, cutlery etc no need toooo bring much
The house is large with 2 reception rooms, a basement storage/hobby room, utility and an attic study/snug. All spaces are suitable for working from home and there would be plenty of room for the whole house to WFH and not interrupt each other.

On street parking no permits required. Secure bike storage in garage.

All bills included, fast Virgin Media Broadband, council tax, TV licence. period communal area cleaner included.

I am looking for respectful professional housemate to share my lovely home with, I am a live in landlady. the abilty to clean when necessary and act reasonably with shared spaces is important. like minded people who take care of their environment and actively recycle would be great .

I enjoy music and gigs, socialising, cooking, a glass of good wine, making cocktails, yoga and now lots more dog walking!

Plenty of shops within a 5 min walk or cycle. 5 mins drive to White Rose Centre, John Charles Centre and Elland Road.

12 mins drive/taxi to the train station/town or. 20 minute cycle/ bus from the end of the road.

I would say the ideal location for someone working outside of Leeds as well as needing access to town i. e Manchester/Wakefield/Bradford as good access to m62/m1.
