Good transport links for public transport, and easy access to main roads if you commute.

The house is modern, fully decorated, and homely. Bills include water, gas and electric, council tax, very fast broadband, and Netflix, Disney+, and Prime in the living room.

The bedroom comes with large fitted wardrobes, 2x bedside drawers, and a king sized foam mattress bed.

Bathroom is shared between you and 1 female housemate.

2 occupants work in conference and events, and student travel/events respectively. It's a chilled atmosphere, we are sociable, and are open to house ‘family’ nights out or in, but have our own space if needed.

We are looking for someone to join our 'home' and not just a houseshare.
