Double Room, Bills Included, Nice House :)

Modern, furnished house on a quiet street 10 mins walk to Headingley and 5 minute drive to the City Centre.

Good transport links for public transport, and easy access to main roads if you commute.

The house is fully decorated, and homely. Bills include water, gas and electric, council tax, very fast broadband, and Netflix, Disney+, and Prime in the living room.

The bedroom comes with large fitted wardrobes, 2x bedside drawers, and double sized foam mattress bed.

Bathroom is shared between you and 1 female housemate.

2 occupants, working in Therapy and Group Travel respectively. It's a chilled atmosphere, we are sociable, and are open to house ‘family’ nights out or in, but have our own space if needed.

We are looking for someone to join our 'home' and not just a house share.
