Just to be clear I don’t live in this property myself, there will be 4 tenants including yourself (it won’t let me change the listing from live in landlord) - the other housemates are all professionals in their 20s.

Garden: Very spacious garden that is great for Summer, BBQ, also has 2 sheds that can be used for bike storage etc.

Bedroom 1: King size TV bed (32 inch TV comes out of the footboard), walk in wardrobe with mirrored wardrobe, en-suite, desk and other furnishings included, best of all essentially has its own kitchen.

Bedroom 2: Luxury double bed with mattress and topper, 2 giant double mirrored wardrobes, gas fireplace, 55 inch wall mounted smart TV which comes 1m away from wall so it can face any part of the room, double recliner sofa, handmade wooden desk, various other furnishings plus its own brand new luxury en suite with massive 1.1mx0.8m enclosed shower area.

Local area: Plenty of space for parking around the house, Asda superstore is about a 1 minute walk away, situated on a very nice new build estate called New Forest Village, can drive to town in 10 minutes and there are great transport links if you don’t drive.
