My name is Steven. I have two big rooms available in my house.

There is a new kitchen and a brand new bathroom which is absolutely stunning. There is additional works taking place through summer which means, come the end of September, there will be new carpet throughout, freshly painted walls, some new fittings and fittings, new windows and a new floor in the kitchen and utility. A very up to date and modern house!

Both available rooms are newly decorated and will have brand new carpet. Both come with bed, wardrobe and draws.

Room 1: Loft room, long rectangle, two brand new velux windows, comes with its own stand alone office room as separate to the bedroom.

Room 2: Middle floor, big square room, comes with a desk in the room.

There are two living rooms - one has a desk in a big bay window looking out to the front garden which anyone can use as needed.
