Student Contract Takeover: Bronze En-suite @ Asa B

Looking for a student to take over a 51-week contract for a fantastic Bronze En-suite room starting 05/09/2026. I’m taking a leave from studies so no longer able to move in there.

Rent: £150 per week (all bills & high-speed Wi-Fi included)

The Room: 13.5–14 sqm with a private en-suite bathroom, small double bed, large study desk, wardrobe, and plenty of storage.

Shared Spaces: Fully equipped modern kitchen and living area shared with flatmates.

Building Perks: Free access to common social rooms, study spaces, an outdoor courtyard, bike storage, and on-site laundry.

Requirement: Students only (required by building management to complete the tenancy takeover).
