I am looking for short term tenants for a 2 bedroom house in the city centre of Leeds, a 20min to the city centre. Available immediately from 1st sep, and can be flexible on required length of time. I am selling the property so the tenancy is flexible, ideally 3 months.

There are 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (one en-suite). Would be open to rent out each bedroom individually, £700 per month all bills included. Would be suitable for someone flexible who needs short term accommodation.

The property is furnished and on a lovely new estate with good neighbours, and close to shops such as Greggs, pret/wellington place, coffee shops, Tesco, bars supermarkets nearby as well as Leeds city centre a short walk into town.

Council tax, water, gas, electric broadband included.
